My husband wants to buy my 12-year-old son a subscription to Penthouse Magazine! Help?

My husband recently told me that he wants to sign my son (who is 12) up for a Penthouse Magazine subscription so he can have something to look at during his alone time. I told him this was disgusting, and no way in hell could he do it. He said he does not want him to go online hunting for porn, and would rather have him get it through a magazine. Should I just stay out of this? Thanks!
