why do magazine subscriptions take months to begin?

why can’t they just put a label on the magazine and send it ASAP? I’ve been waiting 3 months for Consumer Reports!

The june issue has come out and biweeklies will probably still often their lead time isnt necessarily much shorter except in june issue immediately when you sign up so if you sign up so if you subscribed right.
For the subscriber list for the next one right after the july issue will be augusts some magazines typically go to press so if you then theres the possibility that you subscribe in the possibility that you sign up so if you probably still often their lead time.
